SUMMER!

SUMMER!

Halle is having so much fun playing outside now that it is mostly nice out.  She certainly is not afraid to get dirty!

Please pray for her this week.  We go in for another airway reconstructive surgery.  We went to Seattle 2 weeks ago to have another scope done... her airway looked better than it did last November, but not good enough to go without her trach.  It is definitely harder now that she is so aware of whats going on.  She knows where we are as soon as we get there.  I will keep you posted as to how it goes!

Hal Jae we just love you so much little girl...not a second will go by when we wont be thinking of you and praying. I'm soo proud of you and how strong you are=)
Love Auntie Poopie

Tonight my husband decided to google our new baby's name and see what came up. Our blog came up, followed by yours. We have a 5 mo old baby, named Halle Jae, who was born at 24 weeks gestation. She was due April 10, 2008 and decided to make her appearance on Christmas Day, 2007. She is a fighter, it must be the name. We have been home from the hosp for 3 weeks now. I would love any input you could give on this journey. Looks like your Halle is amazing, and you must be amazing parents to get through all you'v edone with her.

Incidentally, our children chose the name HAllE because the Scandinavian translation is "Hero". We thought that fit. And the Jae just sounded cute, and spelled with an "e" seemed more feminine and more fitting with Halle with an e.

We will pray for the continued good progress of both these little Halle Jae's!
