Well considering I'm not being very productive with my studying at the moment, I figured I use my time a more wisely and post a little update. I completed my midterms about 2 weeks ago and already tests are popping up again. One tomorrow and two next week. Then the first week of August is finals week. I can't believe it is almost August! I am also currently deciding on where I'd like to go for my two 5-month internships over the next 2 years. There are a lot of places to choose from and it has been somewhat amusing to watch my classmates become very protective over the ones they want so that no one else will put it on their list. I'm trying my hardest to stay out of the whole mess and just go from what I want to get out of the internship.

Outside of the classroom I've been enjoying the warm weather of North Carolina...although I realize now how lucky I've been to have spent every summer on a gorgeous lake. Definitely looking forward to some time on the dock in August.  I've had to put the knitting needles down for awhile since I've managed to damage a nerve at my elbow. Sounds so silly, I know. I've been doing my best to rest it but it is difficult. I am a awful PT patient.

In other news, Darin is coming to visit this weekend and I couldn't be more excited. I live for these weekends together. Wish they could happen more often.

Looking forward to being home for a week in August. Hope everyone is doing well. Can't wait to see some super cute pictures from Halle's birthday...(hint, hint).
