It's a Boy

We're back from our ~20 week ultrasound, and IT'S A BOY! Sarah had asked every night for a few weeks what "kind" of baby I thought we were having, and most of the time I responded randomly with "boy" or "girl". Over the past few days, though, it was "boy" just about every time. For some reason I think we were both expecting a boy, despite the fact that several old wive's gender predictors all said "girl".
The previous ultrasound looked like a fish. This one looked like I beautiful baby boy... our baby boy! This ultrasound made the pregnancy so much more real in my mind. There really is a little human inside Sarah's belly! I saw him! At one point Sarah felt a kick that we could see on the screen in real time. What a trip that must have been!
